We know that you have choices, and we thank you for selecting Maspeth Dental – HL, PC. Dr. Lorber and our team will extend your family the same outstanding service and one-on-one care that we’ve provided generations of families since our practice began.
How long will my first appointment last?
New patient consultations and exams take half an hour. We reserve an additional half hour for hygiene visits. Please bring your completed new patient forms to save you time during check-in.
What will happen at my exam?
Dr. Lorber will perform a thorough assessment of your smile, including:
- A tooth-by-tooth check for decay
- An oral cancer screening
- An evaluation of your gums for signs of periodontal disease
- A review of your bite to see how your top and bottom teeth fit together
We’ll take photos inside your mouth with a tiny intraoral camera, and get a full set of digital X-rays. These images provide detailed information that aids in efficient diagnoses and personalized treatment planning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Do you offer third-party financing?
Yes. We’ve teamed with CareCredit, an industry leader in providing low- and no-interest payment plans for qualified applicants. Please see their website for more information and to complete an application online.
Will you take my insurance?
Dr. Lorber accepts most dental insurance plans and is a preferred provider for some. As a courtesy, we file dental claims and work with insurance companies to maximize patient benefits.
